Empowering Small Businesses with Engaging Content and Customer Loyalty

In today's digital landscape, small businesses face numerous challenges in establishing their brand presence and attracting loyal customers, especially keeping them.

My team and I provide comprehensive strategies that captivate audiences and drive business growth. We lean into in-app- functionality, trends, and methods to get butts in seats for our clients or for their products to move. By harnessing the power of videography and its multiple formats, collaborative social media training and planning, we ensure our clients' success by delivering content that resonates with viewers and fosters customer loyalty people want to check in on and stick around for.

For us, we push the limit. Sometimes it is us mapping out a 6 AM Drone shot at the ocean with a client or filming cranes with @PortSaintJohn, and maybe it's food preparation and content with Chef Jesse Vergen; this may be all in the same day, but our focus is always how do we serve our client, our customer and their customer the most sincere way. What do they actually want to see, and then we make it a reality.

It could be writing press releases, taking photographs of new products and launching social media pages, recording voiceovers, filming reels for various clients, or running several workshops. We remove barriers to actions for our people and each other.

Videography

The team prioritizes inclusivity and accessibility when creating content for our clients. We aim to effectively convey our client's brand messages and showcase their products or services engagingly and memorably. Whether it's a product demonstration, a behind-the-scenes glimpse, or a customer testimonial, we bring the rawness to the table to captivate the ideal target audience.

As a business owner, I understand that continuous improvement opportunities can be daunting and finding the time to implement a new plan even more so. However, Taking the time to speak with people who can help us is the biggest thing I learned over the past six months, and that's why I work with the team I currently work with. @ NaomiPeters and CampBayMedia are pivotal in my video and photography deliverables and in bringing stories to life. The content would be dull without their knowledge, profound care for our clients, and next-level ideas. Shoutout to @ CheriseLetson for her ability to wear multiple hats and jump right in to help our team. Her writing is out of this world, and she keeps us all on task, organized and making things happen for our clients.

Over the past year, we have worked with many internal marketing teams, marketing agencies, consultants and Public relations firms in various industries. Some include working with more prominent organizations or corporations, small businesses and consultants, musicians, bands and artists, Government and Media, Restaurants, Hospitality and Tourism, Environmental organizations and many more.

We help marketing departments tweak their existing or non-existing plans and implement something that works and is worth doing.

Collaborative Content Creation:

One of our team's key strengths is our aggressive but collaborative approach to content creation. Recognizing that the clients have unique insights and expertise about their products or services, the team actively involves them throughout the creative process. We honestly find that this approach enhances the content's authenticity and strengthens the client's brand identity, fostering a sense of trust and credibility among customers.

Your fans don't want stock photos or timed-out automated posts. Why bother if you don't care? Why should your potential or current customer?

I always ask my client, would you care about it if you didn't own this business? Follow it? What would you want to see and stick to that.

Digital marketing, in our eyes, evolves with every new update, and if you don't know, you don't know, and that's lost revenue no matter which way you look at it.

Moving Forward

End of the day, we deliver actual results, as cheesy as that may sound. We are not the type of account managers to onboard a new account; only check in once a month and maybe put out some posts. We get all up in your grill. We learn about the company, your staff, your customers and how what we do, helps you.

We also track the performance of the content through analytics and use the insights to optimize their strategies continuously and reactively rather than waiting. By closely monitoring key performance indicators such as engagement rates, conversions, and customer feedback, our team ensures that its client's investment in content creation generates a positive return.

As a small business owner, making money and spending money is scary, but losing it is scarier. We want to help our clients and their customers find each other and tell stories that make an impact.

In an increasingly competitive digital landscape, the team and I prioritize professional development and investment in gear to offer our clients and their audiences a competitive advantage. Give me a shout today if you could use a different perspective on your marketing spend and plan. I always keep it real with people. Sometimes too real. LOL.

Whether it's an hour of strategic advice or an entire branding package, both parties learn something from having a conversation.

Have a wicked day.
